before booking

Not at all! Colours, ideas, inspiration images - or even just knowing what you don’t like - is plenty for us to start with.
Yes, we have a minimum spend of £1,500 for full-service wedding flowers.
We regularly work across County Durham, Newcastle and Northumberland, as well as further afield. We love a little trip to the Lakes and South West Scotland too! If you’re unsure, just ask!
We’ll chat about flowers you love (and don’t love), but we don’t guarantee specific varieties. We design around your colours and overall style, using our knowledge of availability and seasonality.
We’ll check your date and, if we’re available, arrange a 30-minute chat to talk through your plans before putting together your initial vision and guide pricing. If we’re not available, we’ll let you know.

booking + planning

Your date is secured once your £150 booking fee is paid. Until then, your date remains available to other couples.
Absolutely. Your initial ideas are a starting point - we’ll develop and refine everything together as your plans take shape.
You can relax! We’ll be back in touch around 3-6 months before your wedding to start bringing all the details together. If plans change between booking and your wedding, don’t stress, nothing is set in stone until much nearer the time.
In most cases yes, this will be shared upfront on the price guide so you know what to expect.

final details

We’ll confirm your final designs, quantities and logistics before your final invoice is issued. Our final details meeting will normally take place between 3-6 months before.
We’ll agree the overall look, colours and key ingredients, but we don’t guarantee exact varieties. This gives us flexibility to use the best flowers available. We always try and accommodate any special requests but we’ll be honest about what’s achievable.
Your remaining balance is due one month before your wedding.
Yep! We’ll discuss timings, delivery plan and coordination at our final details call.

on the day

It depends on your plans and venue timings. We’ll agree all the logistics beforehand so you know what to expect.
In the most part, yes. If a design can be safely moved and works in another space, we’ll plan this with you beforehand. A repurposing debrief will be in your delivery plan.
If repurposing is part of your plan, we’ll agree who is responsible for moving each design before the wedding. We’ll normally coordinate this with the venue and / or planning team.
The flowers themselves are yours to enjoy. We’ll let you know what needs to be left behind for us to collect, such as hired vessels or mechanics.
Where collection is included, yes. We’ll arrange this directly with your venue so it’s one less thing for you to think about.

How it works

Everything starts with a chilled phone or video call, where we'll chat through your ideas, priorities and budget, making sure we're the right fit before you book us.

step two

Following our chat, I'll create a vision board and price guide to shape your ideas into a clear direction, and once you're happy, you can secure your date.

step three

Around 3-6 months before your wedding or event, we'll refine your vision into a detailed mood board, final floral designs and a clear plan, bringing everything together.
