What information we collect

  • request our Design Guide

  • use the Wedding Flower Calculator

  • contact us directly by email

  • book Bonnie Blooms for your wedding or event

Depending on how you interact with us, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, wedding or event date, venue, information about your wedding or event, floral requirements and any other information you choose to provide.

Our Design Guide form collects your first name, email address, venue and wedding date.

The Wedding Flower Calculator collects the information you enter into the calculator, along with your first name and email address if you choose to have your estimate emailed to you.

We don't use information submitted through these forms to add you to a marketing mailing list.

How we use your information

  • provide requested information, including our Design Guide and Wedding Flower Calculator estimates

  • prepare quotes and proposals

  • manage bookings and provide our services

  • communicate with you about your wedding or event

  • Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Drive and Google Sheets

  • Google Analytics

Some of the services we use may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards are used to protect personal information in accordance with applicable data protection law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Payments to Bonnie Blooms are made by bank transfer.

We may retain records relating to payments, invoices and bookings where required for accounting, tax and legal purposes. We do not collect or store your online banking login or card details.

How long we keep your information

We only keep personal information for as long as we reasonably need it.

Enquiries that don't result in a booking will generally be retained for up to 12 months.

Information relating to confirmed bookings will be retained for as long as necessary to manage your booking and deal with any reasonable follow-up afterwards.

Where information forms part of our financial or tax records, we will retain it for the period required by law.

We may delete information sooner where there is no longer a reason for us to keep it.
